Privacy policy
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Ngara Tech LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, a company based in the United States (see company information above). For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected]. If you are in the European Union or the EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we handle your data, and this policy follows it.
What we process and why
- When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you write to us, to answer your inquiry and prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in business communication). We keep this correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement, and longer only where the law requires it (e.g. accounting records).
- When you visit the website: our web server processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user agent) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation). These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics, only with your consent: if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the EU ePrivacy rules on cookies. Without consent, no analytics scripts are loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings”; withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
Recipients and where data is processed
As a US company, we process your data in the United States. We use IT service providers (hosting, email) that process data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. If you consent to analytics, usage data is processed by Google; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email [email protected]. Providing data to us is voluntary; without it we simply cannot answer your inquiry.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live or work (see the list of EU authorities).
