Frequently asked questions
Do you work with on-premises infrastructure, or only the cloud?
Both. We build and operate platforms on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, on private VMware estates and on bare metal, and we design hybrid setups that combine them. The right answer depends on your data, compliance and cost constraints.
Can you help us run AI models on our own infrastructure?
Yes. We design and operate GPU inference servers for open-weight language models, retrieval (RAG) pipelines on PostgreSQL with pgvector, and AI agent automation — and help you compare the real cost of API-based models with self-hosted inference before you invest.
We already use Kubernetes. Can you review our setup?
Yes. An assessment covers cluster architecture, security posture, GitOps and CI/CD workflows, observability and backup/restore. You receive prioritised findings and a roadmap; we can implement the fixes with you or hand them over to your team.
Do you work in regulated or security-sensitive environments?
Yes. We are used to strict change management, documentation-driven delivery (designs, runbooks, audit trails), network segmentation and zero-trust access, and to working within NDAs and client security policies.
How do engagements usually start?
With an introductory call, followed by either a short assessment or a scoped implementation proposal. We work remotely with clients worldwide, and can also work alongside your existing system integrator.
What happens after the project ends?
You own everything — code, documentation and runbooks, all in your repositories. We run a knowledge-transfer session, and ongoing support or a monthly retainer is available if you want continued help.
